Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Our company provides a warranty for products that have defects caused by the manufacturing process. Repairs and replacement parts will be provided free of charge within the specified warranty period. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. (Some product categories may be subject to additional terms and conditions.)
  • To activate the warranty, customers must register their product within 14 days of purchase and submit proof of purchase as verification.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear due to customer usage.
  • The warranty covers all parts, except for power cords.
  • The company reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the product has been repaired, disassembled, or modified by unauthorized service providers not affiliated with Soiha Group’s authorized service centers.
  • For warranty claims, the company will first inspect the product for any defects before proceeding with warranty services in accordance with the company’s policies.
  • The company reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the product registration details provided by the customer are incomplete or incorrect.
  • This warranty is valid only for products used within Thailand.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following cases:
  • Products that are not genuine Soiha Group affiliates’ products.
  • Improper use or use beyond the instructions provided in the user manual.
  • Modifications, alterations, or removal of parts that are not genuine Soiha Group components.
  • Damage caused by accidents, such as drops, negligence, natural disasters, or moisture exposure.
  • Damage resulting from excessive electrical power usage beyond the specified limit or use of non-standard electrical sources.
  • Connection of accessories that are not certified by Soiha Group.
  • Costs associated with consumables required for product maintenance, such as engine oil and filters.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover shipping or travel expenses related to product repairs.

The processing time for a warranty claim may vary depending on the product type and the nature of the issue. Generally, it takes approximately 14-30 business days. The timeframe may also depend on the processing time of the authorized dealer or department store.

The warranty covers repair costs and replacement parts only. Shipping and travel expenses are not included, in accordance with the company’s policy.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, product modifications, or accidents such as drops, water exposure, or electrical short circuits.
